Yagil is a friend, a partner in the journey, and a former chef who sought to expand beyond the boundaries of the kitchen. He left behind the pans and pots and, over the past decade, has devoted himself to new creative languages — from painting on canvas, through graphic packaging and interior design, to fashion. Since then, we’ve been engaged in an ongoing creative dialogue exploring the intersections between gastronomy, wine, and art. His art is an inseparable part of how our restaurants communicate with the world.
The gallery of multidisciplinary artist and designer Yagil Weiler was established in 2022 on a street corner, in a space that had been closed for over a decade. Together, we brought to life the fantasy of the next-door bar, and later, on the floor above, we created the gallery’s flagship project — Meatbar Apartments.
