A juicy 200-gram patty made from select cuts of fresh beef, ground in-house several times a day. We keep it simple: with cheese or without — that’s it.
Our tomato of choice is the Beefsteak variety — big, meaty, and juicy. Thinly sliced, it fits perfectly on a hamburger bun.
We grow our own lettuce using a hydroponic, pesticide-free method, harvesting it fresh each morning. It’s a curly green Lollo Bionda variety that adds crispness and freshness to the bun.
The bun itself is fresh, airy, and soft — made without butter or milk. Inside, it’s spread with our house-made spicy mayo, blended from fresh peppers. On top, we add our own homemade pickles.
Meatbar Burger’s fries come to us from Belgium. They’re crinkle-cut, tender on the inside and perfectly crispy on the outside.
